Download the form, transfer the fee by IMPS/NEFT only and fill out the form with all the details.. To avail membership, kindly fill the membership form and upload your updated CV. Additionally, please email your CV to medicaloncologyindiassociation@gmail.com for confirmation of membership. Payment will be received after the confirmation of membership.
